Maintenance Horacio Oduber Hospital

Croon Caribe is responsible for all the building related maintenance of the Horacio Oduber Hospital. Principal ‘Stichting Onroerend Goed’ has awarded a multi-year contract for the maintenance and upkeep of the main hospital of Aruba. The works consist of the maintenance of the chilled water system, the plumbing installation, the fire alarm system, generators, sprinkler, elevators, electrical system and all other building related technical installations. Recently the medical air has been added to the scope of work.

Croon caribe developed a maintenance app to keep track of the thousands of items that need periodic attention. Maintenance takes place in as well the technical area’s like the CEP as in the medical area’s like the operating theatres, emergency care and the bedtower.
